For my first data analytics project, I designed an interactive Excel dashboard to visualize employee promotions, including performance, gender, and awards history. This dashboard reveals key trends and patterns in promotion data.

NowNet - Strategic Marketing Simulation with Markstrat 

Critical Thinking/ Problem Solving 

In the Markstrat competition, I led a team in a marketing simulation, making data-driven decisions on pricing, distribution, and product features. This experience showcased my ability to apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve competitive results.
